SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

U.S. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $4.99
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after the order is processed

An optional Express shipping method may be available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

GIFT-READY PACKAGING
Every LUCCA piece is presented in an elegant gift box with protective packaging to help it arrive safely.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Email david@boldpathus.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, email david@boldpathus.com with your order number and supporting photos.
